It’s so important now and again to show ourselves some love and practice self-care. If you haven’t really practiced much self-care recently because you’ve been busy or you just haven’t thought about it – now is the time to give yourself some tlc and care for yourself in the best possible way.
Here are a few different self-care ideas that will help you get back to your normal self, and help you feel healthier and happier this week!

You can make rose water easily at home by collecting some rose petals and then boiling them in water. Once you have simmered rose petals in water for around 20 minutes you can sieve out the rose petals and let the water cool completely. Spritz this on your face whenever you need to feel refreshed, and it will brighten your skin and help even out your complexion.
Use CBD for aches and pains

Swimming is a cardio exercise that works every muscle in the body and it also doesn’t put too much impact on your joints and knees.
