Friday was Nevada Day (observed), so Tim and I decided to go to the pumpkin patch in Henderson! I pass Stu Miller’s Seasonal Adventures Pumpkin Patch almost every day, and I really wanted to check it out.
I was surprised (and happy!) to see so many pumpkins so close to Halloween. We visited a pumpkin patch in LA last year, on Halloween weekend as well, and they only had a few crummy ones leftover. But Stu Miller’s had a ton of great pumpkins and gourds!
They even had some crazy and cool looking pumpkins!
We took Archie with us and I took some fun photos of him with the cutouts + a pumpkin! I ended up buying the little pumpkin shown in the photos. It was just too cute! I figure after Halloween, I can mash it up and feed it to Archie since pumpkins are good for their digestive system. 🙂
Tim took a really cute photo of Archie and I:
There were plenty of kids activities, too! They had a blow up slide (I really wanted to go on it haha), bouncy house, petting zoo, sky bungee jump thing, and a cute little train. You could even dress up the scare crows.
We had such a great time, I definitely recommend this pumpkin patch to everyone in the Las Vegas/Henderson area! Parking is free and they have a private dirt lot. They offer packages for the kids activities, plus candy, carving tools, and of course, pumpkins!

I miss taking Allyson to the patch every year. The farm we used to visit has bison and other large animals plus a petting zoo, corn maze, hay ride and of course pig races!!
