Many things have changed since I started practicing yoga. Just over a year ago I was overweight, depressed and had a panic attack. The doctor suggested that I do some low-impact sports and yoga was presented as the closest alternative. I began to quickly come out of the depressive state, the crises became less frequent and finally disappeared. Today, a year after starting, I feel physically and mentally healthier, I have grown in the art of tolerance and my anxiety has changed into patience. I feel grateful for simple things in life and I have understood that I must live in harmony with nature, leaving aside some bad habits that society imposes on us. Above all, I feel that today I love myself more, I respect myself more and that today I have a greater capacity to love and respect others.
