    Love this! I eat egg whites, quinoa, chicken breast, greek yogurt, peanut butter, and almonds. I’m working on incorporating some garbanzo beans and I try to eat salmon every once in a while. Never knew cottage cheese had that much protein though! I need to find a way to eat it that I actually like…

      Awesome!! I loved cottage cheese as a kid but I hate it now haha. It’s a texture thing I think! You could use hummus with cucumbers! When I make turkey sandwiches, I put hummus on that too. And wraps. Haha.
