Energems Review + A Giveaway!

May 17, 2014 By lyndsinreallife

I had the wonderful opportunity of reviewing Energems and jumped at the chance! I have had issues with energy for as long as I can remember. I’ve tried (what feels like) everything, and wanted to see how Energems would work for me!

Not only are Energems effective, but they’re delicious! They are literally like big M&Ms®. And taste like it! There’s a bit of a weird aftertaste, but it only lasts a few seconds or so. There are three flavors: chocolate, mint, and peanut butter.

What I love about Energems is that they are convenient. I am always on the go (I nanny, dogsit, dogwalk, work at a wellness center, and more!), so convenience is perfect. Knowing I can wake up, eat some delicious chocolate, and get energy from that is perfect! Plus, they’re only 45 calories per serving (3 pieces). Love it! The energy burst comes from a proprietary energy blend of D-Glucuronolactone, Taurine, Caffeine, and Suntheanine® (L-Theanine), and also B-vitamins. Plus, it’s made with real milk chocolate!

I definitely recommend Energems for people who want an energy boost, especially on the go! With that, I am doing a GIVEAWAY for one winner! I tried all three flavors for myself, but saved the other three boxes for one lucky person!

To be eligible to win:

  • Comment below what you’ve tried for an energy boost
  • Follow The Balanced Brunette on Instagram
  • Like The Balanced Brunette on Facebook

Simple as that! The giveaway ends on Wednesday, May 21 at 9 p.m. PST. Good luck!!!

To check out Energems and purchase some of your own (you know you want to), visit their website here.

Thank you Energems for the opportunity to try and review your amazing product!

I need this for my midday slump! I try to go for tea over coffee but sometimes neither will do. A good stretch for 15 minutes helps temporarily.

Hey Girl! I followed your comment over from my site, and I’m so glad that I did! Turns out we have a lot in common! Swirlgear, SweatPink, I’m Fit Possible, Girls Gone Sporty…. We should get better acquainted, methinks, not sure how it hasn’t happened before. But this will be rectified.
Now, as for your question, I will admit that I am very wary of energy supplements, mostly because I can get SO hyper (Hello, ADHD). I like FRS energy chew before my long runs (or during, for races) and also Extreme Sport Beans during races. Otherwise, a Diet Coke will take care of me pretty well. Otherwise….DANGER

Hey! I definitely think we should get better acquainted! In reply to the comment on your post, I definitely am open to talking more about managing mental illness with physical activity, and I actually have digestive issues too.

I am wary of energy supplements too! I have ADHD as well, and already am at risk of becoming manic by having bipolar. I have to watch my caffeine intake for sure!

I LOVE the energems! When I don’t have any of those on hand I use K-Pax Energy pills. They work wonders for those early morning workouts or early days in the office. I’ve been introduced to these two amazing products through https://www.bulubox.com/referafriend/?bl=bW9yZ2FuX2RldHJpY2tAaG90bWFpbC5jb20%3Dm Try out the Bulu weight loss box! LOVE IT!
